Reese’s Pieces lovers, rejoice: There is now a Reese’s version of a Creme Egg, and despite it only being January, we’re so ready for Easter.

Brand new to the UK, Reese’s eggs are filled with Reese’s peanut butter and come covered in a chocolate egg shell.

Obviously, these probably won’t be quite as popular as the original Creme Egg – given that not everybody is a fan of peanut butter. But we think these eggs are a great idea – especially for anyone who doesn’t fancy an Easter egg that’s overly sweet.

The eggs are being sold exclusively in Tesco. They first went on shelves on 3 January, and have proved to be pretty popular thus far.

We got to try one of the eggs ourselves – and it didn’t disappoint.

The egg comes in original Reese’s packaging and is the size of a standard Creme Egg. It basically feels like you’re eating a Reese’s Pieces – the egg shape is just a bonus.

Here’s hoping they start selling multi-packs some time before Easter.
